Watermelon cupcake with candy corn
Cupcake based on watermelon juice with the addition of corn flakes. Cupcake it's a nice color, delicious and a little wet inside, but at the same time crumbly.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    60 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Corn flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the flesh of watermelon and squeeze the juice. I got the juice through a fine strainer)

Mix the softened butter with the sugar, a good grind with a mixer. Then add the egg, stir.

Add watermelon juice and whisk.

Mix the flour with salt, baking soda. Add flour to the dough and stir.

Add semolina and mix well.

Add corn flakes and stir. The dough is ready.

The form for baking cake grease with vegetable oil. Pour batter on top decorate with corn flakes and coconut.

Put the cake in to bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake on low heat until Golden brown.
