Easter from sour milk
A very simple Easter curd from sour milk with a taste of creme brulee.

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka

    3 l

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    120 g

Fermented baked milk is poured into a saucepan or bowl, put to cook in a water bath and forget about it for 1-2 hours

... and leave to drain. Your task is to make curd from sour milk:)

From 3 litres of milk is approximately 0.5 cottage cheese. Can I take fermented baked milk to low fat content? I did from 3.2%, so the less cheese.

Now take butter at room temperature, icing sugar and our cheese. I got the photo up to double the amount:)

Combine all ingredients and whip with a mixer.
