Biscotti with hazelnuts and poppy seeds
Delicious soft baked crackers with your favorite nuts. The kids were ecstatic, with a glass of milk swept from the tray for half a day. Invite for a Cup of tea in honor of my fiftieth anniversary recipe!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    350 g

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Mac

  • Hazelnuts

Cooking

Whisk sugar with eggs, add sour cream and on low speed of mixer, mix well.

Gently introduce the flour with the baking powder and soda. Add the poppy seeds and hazelnuts (the number of selectable yourself, I added a big handful of nuts). In the original recipe the author writes that flatten the dough into a loaf, but I have it turned watery and I baked it in silicone mould at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

At the time we take out our "cake" and let cool on wire rack. Cut into random pieces with a thickness of about 2 cm and put into the oven at 180 degrees to brown them for 10 minutes on both sides.
