I offer a very tasty pie with dried fruit, the texture soft and tender. A recipe shared with me by a colleague at work. Come on in, help yourself!

Cooking
Margarine vzbit with sugar until fluffy.
Separate the whites from the yolks. In whipped mass add the egg yolks one at a time. Mix well.
To prepare dried fruits., soak in water ( if they are soft, it is not necessary), rinsed, dried apricots and prunes cut into small.
Add dried fruit to the whipped mass, pour two tablespoons of milk, mix well.
Add flour sifted with soda.
Add the whites to the batter, mix well from top to bottom.
Bake in a form ( I d=26 cm) at t-200 for about 30-40 minutes.
