Portion baked fish
Juicy, baked with a Golden brown sea fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    15 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

The cooking time is given without taking into account the marinating fish. I in this case it was 3 pieces of mackerel. The fish is cleaned, cut off the head, tail and fins, wash. Form for baking lay foil.
