Meatballs in mango sauce
Soft, juicy meat meatballs in tender mango butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In the mince add chopped onions, 0.5 tsp. turmeric, egg, salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Form small meatballs, and breaded in flour and fry in vegetable oil.

Mango to cut the skin, remove the seeds. The pulp is cut into small pieces.

Beat in a blender to puree.

Add to the mango puree chopped garlic, turmeric, seasoning, salt, cream. Mix well.

Pour the prepared meatballs mango sauce with cream and stew on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Serve meatballs with your favorite side dish, watering sauce.
