Make the dough. In a bowl, pour warm water (35-38 degrees), add sugar, salt. yeast, flour, and butter. Knead the dough, so easily moved away from hands and utensils. Put the dough in a plastic bag, tie and put into the fridge for 20 minutes meanwhile, prepare sauce. The pan pour oil and fry finely chopped garlic for 1 min. There also add finely chopped tomato, Basil, oregano and salt. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. The finished sauce cool. We will prepare the stuffing.
