Mini pizza Little Italy
Fragrant, juicy mini-pizza with crab sticks into thin air test.

Make the dough. In a bowl, pour warm water (35-38 degrees), add sugar, salt. yeast, flour, and butter. Knead the dough, so easily moved away from hands and utensils. Put the dough in a plastic bag, tie and put into the fridge for 20 minutes meanwhile, prepare sauce. The pan pour oil and fry finely chopped garlic for 1 min. There also add finely chopped tomato, Basil, oregano and salt. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. The finished sauce cool. We will prepare the stuffing. Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes, crab sticks and olives - rings. Grate cheese on a fine grater. The dough again, knead on the table, dusted with flour. The ingredients for our pizza ready.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out circles with a Cup (my Cup of 12 cm in diameter). I got 7 bases.

Transfer each pastry base onto a greased olive oil baking sheet. Do the sides and blend in 2 tbsp of the sauce, evenly distributed, spread bell pepper. Put the crab sticks and olives "overlap"

Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and bake it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 min. Mini-pizza "Little Italy" is ready!
