Mayonnaise
The name "Rose" comes not from color but from an ingredient that is part of my mayonnaise - pepper pink berry scent which is spicy, with notes of tar, anise and menthol, and the taste is sweet, slightly peppery.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Pepper pink

    40 piece

  • Pepper white

    20 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar essence

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

In a glass blender pour eggs and beat with a blender until foamy state
