Poppy seed dessert with blackcurrant topping
Dessert of rice with Mac and currant topping. An unusual combination and very tasty, but not too much

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Sugar

  • Black currants

    200 g

  • Mac

    40 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

To start, boil the milk with sugar Mistal, pour into it the rice Mistral and cook for about 1 hour until very soft. Milk need to take the very fat, not less than 6%. Or regular half-and-half cream

Rice with milk pushing blender into a homogeneous mass. Now slightly cooled rice with milk, add vanilla, poppy seeds and gelatin (which should be pre-soaked in 20 ml of water and heat)

Place kremanku and refrigerate until firm

For topping take fresh or frozen blackcurrants, add in the sugar Mistral blender and grind into a puree

Take out of the refrigerator our poppy seed dessert, put on top of the topping, decorate with berries and orange zest
