Cooking
Eggs rubbed with sugar and salt, add sour cream, cocoa with condensed milk, add flour and lastly add soda, slaked vinegar. A lot of good whisk and pour the batter into the pan, greased.
Bake the cake for an hour at 200*C is the recipe (my oven bakes much faster so it's easier to control the baking.) Readiness check with a wooden splinter.
Spread the cake from the mold, cooled, cut into two Korzh coat with cream. The surface and sides of cake decorate with cream and chocolate, I also added chopped walnuts.
CREAM: Butter at room temperature and whip until thick fluffy mass, gradually adding the cocoa to the condensed milk.
