Cake from frozen cherries with whipped cream from ready-made sponge cakes

Ingredients

  • The cake

    3 piece

  • Cherry

    600 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Take 600 g of frozen cherries (pitted) and razmarivaet.

To prepare the filling: separate the berries from the liquid. Add in berries 100 g sugar, stir and bring to a boil, a thin stream pour diluted starch 2 tbsp 6 tbsp. of cherry liquid and cook until thick.

Cook the syrup: 100g cherry liquid. + 100g. Sugar.

Ready sponge cakes: each cake moistened with cherry syrup

The first cake impregnated with syrup, then spread cream whipped to peaks. the next layer is prepared and CHILLED cherry. The second cake repeat also.

Close the third layer, also impregnated with cherry syrup, covered with whipped cream, grease the sides and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Decorate as desired. The cake is ready!
