Chicken thighs with cauliflower
For lovers of chicken and cabbage. A very flavorful dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    8 piece

  • Cauliflower

    1 plug

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion peel and cut into half rings.

Cabbage to wash, disassemble on inflorescences.

Thighs wash, dry (I was small so I cooked them whole), season with salt and fry in a deep dish (I katancik), in a well-heated vegetable oil.

Fry in vegetable oil cabbage.

Tomatoes scalded with boiling water, peel and cut into slices.

Put the chicken in a plate and in the remaining oil fry onion and flour, add red pepper.

After diluted with water (I poured on the eyes), put back the ham, stew on low heat until soft.

Then put the fried cabbage.

And then tomatoes. Cover and send our dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
