Fish with spinach sauce and mushrooms
My husband does not like spinach, but that combination of ate and didn't even flinch, because it turns out tender fish in a creamy sauce. The spinach in this embodiment, not only does not change the taste of food, and even, I thought, strengthens flavoring qualities of products.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

  • Cheese

Cooking

Fillets or steaks to divide into portions, roll lightly in flour mixed with salt.

Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.

Mushrooms fried with onions.

Spinach stew about 3-5 minutes, add sour cream or cream and boil sauce until thick.

Put the fish into the form, put the mushrooms on top, pour prepared sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables, herbs and new potatoes.
