Cooking
The margarine should be melted and leave to cool slightly.
And while margarine is cooled down, take the dry yeast, fill them with warm water, add sugar and salt.
Then add 1 Cup of flour and mix thoroughly.
Pour the cooled margarine and stir again all.
Add remaining flour and make dough. The dough will be delicate and soft, does not stick to hands. Leave the dough to rest for 10-15 min.
I got 600 gr. test. It can be divided into 2 or 3 pieces and freeze the rest. But I used all, as there were many guests.
After the dough has rested and slightly risen, roll it thinly.
