Pancakes
Hearty, delicious and healthy muffins from quinoa will appeal not only to cowboy!!! Quinoa in the vernacular referred to quinoa.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Quinoa rinsed, not to bitter, boil in salted water for 12-15 minutes. Then drained and rinsed again at will.

To quinoa add two eggs, salt - seasoning, stir.

Fed grate on a coarse grater. Add to the mixture and stir.

Then add water or broth, also stir. You can also add finely chopped garlic to taste.

Add flour and baking powder, prepare a smooth dough without lumps. Amount of flour depends on the thickness of pancakes you prefer curvy or flat. From the dough to cook pancakes: on lightly oiled skillet hash Browns are less greasy, and Vice versa.
