I found it very interesting this recipe that is fast, products out of scrap, and the hostess insisted that cucumbers in this sauce are not felt as steamed or boiled. All true - oddly enough, the taste and smell of cucumbers absolutely fresh.
Porcionnye cut into pieces and lay on a baking sheet skin side up. Put in the oven for 2-3 minutes. To get out of the oven, flip and bake another 10 minutes or until tender. With a cucumber cut the skin, cut into slices. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add cucumbers, green onions (finely diced), salt - pepper and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the dill, pour cream (I took 33% but not less than 28%), lemon juice and sugar, mix well and remove from heat. Serve the fish with a wonderful sauce.
