Duck with apricot compote
In this recipe only use the duck legs. What they turn out tender, flavorful! Shallots to hate cooked onions would be a godsend! Apricots idealno suitable for a duck. Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Shallots

    6 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Jam apricot

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Compote

    1 can

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix the flour, salt and pepper.

The duck legs to wash, dry and RUB with flour mixture.

In a pan heat the oil. Quickly fry the duck legs over high heat. Spread fried legs in a separate bowl. Cover and leave in a warm place.

Shallots cleaned and cut in half.

Arrange the onion on the pan, where there is hot fat and butter. Mix well. Spread the remaining flour. Mix well.

Add the wine. To wait to evaporate the alcohol. Add jam and water, vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil.

Pour hot sauce over the legs. Cover form foil. Bake 60 minutes at 180
