Tongue in mushroom sauce
Dish of Russian cuisine, undeservedly forgotten us. But then the cook was an expert and could cook very festive, and I tried... help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Powder mushroom

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Cooking

Mushrooms thawed.

Stew them in vegetable oil, salted. 15 minutes - 20 on a slow fire.

To break the blender and mushrooms 1 cucumber, until smooth.

On melted butter fry the onions.

Add the chopped dried mushrooms, fry a couple of minutes.

Put the mushroom purée to the onions, pour the cream.

Boil on low heat for 5 minutes, bring to taste for salt.

Boiled tongue cut into small plates. Put in mushroom sauce.

The remaining cucumbers cut into slices.

Add them to the language. Stew a few moments.

Serve hot, with chopped parsley.
