Cooking
The chicken chop portion, remove the skin. In a pan lay out the chicken pieces and cover with cold water to just cover the chicken. When the water boils, lower fire and leave to cook the chicken for another 15 minutes. Next, add Bay leaf and finely chopped onion cubes. Bring to boil.
Put tomato paste, salt and all the spices. Let boil for 5 minutes.
Garlic finely chop with a knife ( not through a press), add to the chicken and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Greens chop and add to the chicken. Bring to boil and turn off the pan. All of our flavorful dish is ready!
