Meatballs with ricotta
These delicious meatballs! Flavorful and fragrant! Can be served with any side dish! Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Ricotta

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    250 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

The ricotta and egg mix with a whisk

Add the beef, salt, black pepper, oregano, breadcrumbs. Mix well. Garlic squeeze through chesnokodavku. Add to the mince. Mix well. Refrigerate for half an hour.

Finely chop the onion. Fry in sunflower oil.

Add tomatoes, Bay leaf, spices and wine. Salt. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes under the lid.

Fry the meatballs in a hot pan on all sides.

Put meatballs in a baking dish.

Pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 for 25 minutes.
