Beef Stroganoff with pickled mushrooms
Of course properly prepared wrong. But I've tried to bring a dish that is tried in the small town of Vologda region, Vytegra.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mustard

    4 tsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Fry in preheated pan on high heat for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until soft.

Add the pickled mushrooms and fry until cooked onions.
