Turkey in red sauce

Ingredients

  • Turkey

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Beat one egg with one tablespoon of starch. salt and pepper
