Cooking
Ribs wash and cut, so as to form a pocket.
The skin of the belly to cut with a knife. Meat salt and pepper on top ( 1 tsp)
Ground beef mixed with salt, egg, pepper, breadcrumbs and marjoram.
Salo cut into small pieces and add to the mince. Mince well to knock on the Board.
