Pork belly stuffed
A recipe that will be useful in everyday life and on holiday. You can cook veal brisket. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1500 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Marjoram

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Ground beef mixed with salt, egg, pepper, breadcrumbs and marjoram.

Salo cut into small pieces and add to the mince. Mince well to knock on the Board.
