Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Baking powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Beat eggs with sugar in a solid foam light

Continuing to whisk on low speed, add thin stream of olive oil

Gently stir in ground finely chopped needles of rosemary

To the flour add baking powder, salt and add to oil-egg mixture, knead the batter

A greased form fill with dough and put in 40-50 min. in a preheated 160 C oven
