Take One eggplant! Specially photographed.. because many people reading my recipes, I doubt it! One eggplant!
Cut into slices. Put in a bowl and pour lemon juice. Leave for 20 minutes. Eggplant let the juice. The juice is drained.
Tomatoes cut into slices. Mushrooms cleaned and cut in half.
In a bowl for baking, pour the sunflower oil. Over the entire surface to fill all the breadcrumbs.
Lay out slices of eggplant (half) Slightly cover each other
Spread a layer of tomato ( half). Put all the mushrooms. Salt.
Blue cheese cut into slices. Spread on mushrooms
Spread the other half of the tomato and close all the second half of an eggplant.
Chop the garlic into small pieces. Spread on eggplant. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 200g.
