Turkey in a lemon-honey sauce
Who loves Chinese food, friends? The recipe in the chest of prizes I have. For variety you can sometimes try to us the option and such!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    700 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Broth

    0.75 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.25 cup

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

  • Lemon peel

  • Ginger

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Cilantro

Slice the Turkey breast cubes

Put the fillet in a plastic bag, pour soy sauce, vinegar, a little salt and pepper

Well shake the bag and leave for 15 minutes

Whisk for the sauce: chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, cornstarch, lemon zest, pinch ground ginger, to taste.

Heat the butter (of course this is best done in a wok), fire medium

Fry the Turkey for 6-7 minutes

Transfer to a plate

Pour the pan sauce, bring to a boil, and wait until it slightly thickens, add salt and pepper, return the sauce to the Turkey and mix well. Remove from the heat.

For feeding the fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, cilantro ( optional), immediately submit.
