Roast Turkey legs with potatoes
Tasty, spicy and creamy. Children to taste the thought that a dish of rabbit... don't know why... but ate the moment and was very pleased... help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Melted butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

Thoroughly rinse the lower leg. For this dish I removed the skin from the legs. Poured into a suitable container calf clean, cold water for 1 hour. If You don't have time for this, it does not matter, do not soak. After, to thoroughly dry the Shin with paper towel.

In a suitable pan melt the butter and lay out drumsticks. Caution!!! Sear on all sides and sprinkle with Basil or spices according to Your taste.

Simmer the drumsticks for about 20-25 minutes until almost cooked.

While Shin stew, peel and chop the potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Add the potatoes to the roasting pan and pour cream. You can slightly increase the heat to bring the cream to a boil, then reduce the fire.

Add soy sauce to taste. It will give the cream a beautiful color and spice to the dish. If you want you can add a little salt, but I had the saltiness of soy sauce.

Simmer the dish in cream about 30 minutes until the potatoes are done. I like really soft potatoes in this dish.

Lay on plates and call everyone to the table. Bon appetit!!! I got so much sweet potatoes that for contrast, I decided to sprinkle the dish with pomegranate seeds!!!
