Sponge cake with sour cream - incredibly delicate and delicious dessert!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • The food dye

    1 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    140 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites to a froth, then add half of the sugar and again whisk until stable peaks
