Pancakes
Extraordinarily delicious and flavored pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

Milk pour into a saucepan and heat to a state of "fresh milk". Dissolve the yeast in warm milk (better to do it in a small amount of milk in the Cup, and then pour the milk with yeast back into the pan). Add sugar, salt, semolina, eggs, all mix well.

Gradually add the flour. The batter should be slightly thicker than sour cream, is tight. The exact amount of flour can not say, but certainly not less than 2 glasses (maybe even more).

Put in a warm place to "rise" for 1 hour. When the dough has risen and you will begin to bake pancakes, do not stir it, otherwise they will not work lush.
