Lecho
The site has a lot of recipes of "Lecho", but mine differs in that I try to cook it without the vinegar, so decided to put his version of this wonderful appetizer

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Tomatoes wash and mince, put on fire and boil for about 20 minutes (it is desirable to remove the foam)

Onions and peppers to put in the tomato puree, add salt, sugar, pepper, Bay leaf and simmer until tender pepper (about 15-20 minutes), then put the mashed garlic, vegetable oil (can not add), a Bay leaf and remove and throw away, bring to a boil (at this stage you can add vinegar if you want but a little spoon 2-4 tablespoons) and boil for another 3-5 minutes
