Fish with mushrooms in cream sauce
My husband and catches a fish, and collecting mushrooms and pickles. Dinner he wanted to cook, very tasty happened! And I couldn't not capture this process.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Oyster mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    125 ml

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    1.5 tsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Greens

Cooking

Onions and carrots clean, wash. Onion cut into half rings, carrot small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil, add salt, spices.

Add oyster mushrooms (salted) and fry along with onions and carrots.

Mix the milk and sour cream. Fill the mushrooms with the vegetables and saute for 5 minutes.

The fish well, wash them, make back cuts, cut into pieces, add salt, roll in flour and fry in butter to a nice Golden brown.

To shift the fish to the mushrooms and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Place on a plate, decorate with greens.
