Pieces of chicken in a crispy breading
I love to experiment with the breading. Found this recipe in some magazine, "Rest&am p;quot; of the last century.))) The breading is cooked not only chicken, but also various vegetables. But to no avail. All perfectly cooked and the meat was very juicy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Lard

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Shin wash, dry and marinate for 1 hour in soy sauce.

For the batter mix the flour, starch, baking powder, salt and pepper. Salt can not add, because it will be even soy sauce.
