Spaghetti with salmon in a creamy spinach sauce
Very quick, tasty and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Spaghetti

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Spinach

    3 piece

  • Shrimp

    10 piece

  • Cream cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon

    2 slice

Fish, shrimp, and spinach to defrost. In some mysterious way pictures of fish and shrimp disappeared, but everyone knows what they look like. And it is defrosted spinach and fresh cheese.

Boil spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente degree. Fish and shrimp fry in vegetable oil. It literally takes 2 minutes.

Simultaneously, in another pan, prepare the sauce. Spinach pour in the whipped cream /I 10%/, stir, add fresh cheese /I got cheese with garlic and herbs, if not, you can add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic,/ and all together warm. Do not boil!

On the bottom of the dish spread spaghetti and pour sauce. And you can mix, but I prefer to decorate the dish with green drops.

On top lay the pieces of salmon and shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon and a creamy spinach sauce. That's it, the dish is ready.
