Cottage cheese and banana dessert, combining the sweetness and some sourness. Very easy to prepare.

Cooking
For dessert requires mainly low-fat cottage cheese, because it has sour taste and harmonizes well with bananas. The original recipe recommended cheese to wipe through a sieve, but since I don't have it, I just knead the cheese well with a fork.
Add in cheese and eggs and flour, mix thoroughly. Grind the bananas with a fork and whip into a puree in a separate container.
Add cheese to bananowa puree, whip and send in a greased form. The dough comes out thick. I have a form in diameter 20 cm.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Try the readiness of a toothpick, a characteristic readiness - education brown crust.
Take out from the mold and allowed to cool. Optionally, you can decorate, I decorated with powdered sugar and kiwi, but here flight of your imagination.
Cake is porous, moderately sweet, a bit like a souffle, low fat cottage cheese lends a little sourness. Bon appetit!
