step-0
In a bowl, whisk (or electric mixer) the eggs with the salt and sugar.
step-1
In another bowl, mix flour and yeast (SAF-TIME).
step-2
Mix the beaten eggs with the flour. Heat the milk with the water. Can simply pour hot water into the milk, the temperature of the solution in the end should be about 40 degrees.
step-3
Pour warm diluted milk to the batter, stir to dissolve the lumps, pour oil. The dough should be liquid. Put the dough to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes, covered with a towel.
step-4
The dough becomes thicker and covered with a cap of bubbles.
step-5
Take a pancake pan, grease it with oil on a hot pan with a ladle pour the batter and bake pancakes on both sides.
step-6
From this portion I got 14 pancakes.
step-7
To prepare the loaf into 4 portions we will need 4 damn. In a bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and mustard.
step-8
Put 4 pancakes overlapping, accurately the joints of the curd mass.
step-9
The lubricated layer of cottage cheese pancakes-sour cream mass. On top put sliced salmon. You can take any red fish at will and capabilities. The fish need to pre-boil or bake. I have salmon baked in soy sauce in foil.
step-10
Top fish put shabby on a grater pickled cucumber (you can finely chop). Also put the chopped lettuce and greens (I have parsley).
step-11
Turn the pancake roll tightly and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. When serving, cut loaf. Serve with sour cream or your favorite sauce. Bon appetit!
