Curd cheesecake with orange
Want to share a recipe for amazing cheesecake and orange, cooked very simply and quickly-all mixed and bake it, and turns out tender, with an airy dough semolina and juicy filling with the scent of orange! Help yourself!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Semolina

    45 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    8 g

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Vanilla pod

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

To grate orange zest, I took 1/3 of the whole.

To prepare the tarts, take some semolina of TM Mistral.

Dough: mix with a whisk or as I, in a food processor with the knife attachment semolina, wheat flour, egg, sour cream, sugar, baking powder and orange zest. Pour the batter into the form, I have a diameter of 26 cm silicone, not smeared. The dough was liquid, as for pancakes.

Filling: cut the vanilla pod with a sharp knife to scrape vanilla seeds. Whisk to mix the cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla seeds ( or vanilla), sugar, slices of orange and squeeze the juice, add to the stuffing.

Pour the filling on the dough so that the edges remained uncovered. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until Golden in color, ready-made cheesecake filling will shake like cheesecake.

Ready cheesecake cool completely.
