Cooking

step-0
Prepare strawberry and vanilla yogurt. To do this, 850 ml of water at room temperature while stirring gradually pour the dry mixture for the preparation of strawberry yogurt.
step-1
To ensure no lumps. In a thermos yogurt maker pour the boiling water and put a container of yogurt for the future. Close the lid and leave for 6-10 hours fermentation. I left for the night. It's very simple. And in the morning prepared the most delicious yogurt
step-2
Vanilla yogurt to prepare similarly
step-3
Then will bake a cake. To do this, whisk the softened margarine or butter with sugar. Add vanilla, eggs, strawberries, baking soda. Gradually add the flour. The dough consistency should be like thick cream
step-4
Bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Cool and put in a detachable form
step-5
For the first layer. Gelatin is dissolved in 200 ml of water according to the instructions. Add 50 g of sugar and 400 ml of yogurt.
step-6
All mix and pour on cake. Remove in the cold to solidify
step-7
The vanilla yogurt layer is prepared similarly. Instead of water I used the broth of mint. The taste will benefit from this (of course, if You love mint)
step-8
Pour the frozen strawberry layer and put back in the fridge. While the cake freezes, prepare the decoration. Candy crush with hands. Should get a rectangle
step-9
Then fold it in half lengthwise and twist rosettes. Slightly bend the petals
step-10
Decorate a frozen cake with roses and sprigs of mint. Bon appetit!
