For the dough mix 150 g butter, flour, egg, salt, soda, baking powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk and sour cream. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Apples peel, remove core and cut into small slices. Extinguish them with the remaining sugar and 10 g butter until soft, 5-7 minutes. Add a handful of raisins and stir.
Form grease with remaining butter. Divide the dough into two unequal parts, a large roll and, holding tightly to the bottom and the edges, put in the form. Sprinkle chopped almonds. Then put the stuffing. Roll out the second piece of dough and cover her stuffing, Saipov region. Pierce top of cake with fork.
Mix the egg yolk with the remaining milk, brush the top of the cake. Bake it in preheated to temperature of 180 degrees oven for 45 min.
