Vegetable dumplings with pumpkin
This is one of the variants of my recipe dated January 7, 2014 "Manty with pumpkin" for cooking in the post. I will not in this case to use neither egg, nor butter, nor, especially, fat. And the taste still remains pleasantly surprising.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Zira

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

Preparation start with the filling. Cut the pumpkin cubes 5-8 mm.

And onion the smaller the better. In General, the ratio of pumpkins and onions, I recommend 6 : 4, respectively. Tested experimentally )))

Add cumin, salt, pepper and vegetable oil.

All are thoroughly mixed and, for convenience, spread on a dish.

Frankly, the dough I knead bread. All the proportions exactly mentioned in the list of ingredients. And now I just roll pieces of dough like regular dumplings. Just keep in mind that the dough without eggs, so not too thin.

Form the dumplings, not plastered to the end, until the pumpkin inside is not turned to mush.

Oiled rounds of Montevarchi and spread them manta rays. I cook them for 35 min. I Think, this process doesn't need photographic coverage.

After 35 - 40 minutes open the lid and see that the dumplings are ready.
