Tart with fresh figs
The recipe is not troublesome, though, and multicomponent. The result is excellent! A dish native to Greece.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Orange zest

To prepare the products for the cream. It is necessary to prepare in advance, because it needs to stand for several hours in the refrigerator.

Beat in mixer the butter, sugar and almonds.

Add the eggs one by one.

And stir with a spoon. Put the mixture in the fridge for a few hours.

Mix with a mixer all the ingredients for the dough except the flour.

And knead thick dough. Leave it for half an hour. Heat the oven to 170*C.

Roll out the dough and put it in shape for tarts with a diameter of 24 see
