Cooking
Garlic and onions clear. Onion cut into cubes, chop the garlic.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil. Put the onion and garlic, fry until Golden brown.
Liver wash, dry, remove streaks and films. Add liver to the pan and cook until it changes color 3 to 4 minutes. Pour in the liqueur. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, mix of pepper, nutmeg (their number is listed about, be guided by your taste), sour cream and tomatoes. Stirring occasionally simmer for another 4 minutes. At the end turn off the heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes
Serve with any side dish.
