Roast meat with pumpkin and nuts
Fried pieces of meat flavored with walnuts, cooked in cream - very tasty! The pumpkin makes the dish brighter and spicier.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Figure

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Rice lightly fried in butter (1 tbsp)

Chop the onion and

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add the cooked chicken breast and

diced pumpkin. Fry a little more.

cream. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and

simmer until soft pumpkin (pumpkin should remain elastic).

Nuts grind and

to add to the dish. Mix well. Bring to boil and turn the heat off.
