Prepare the products.
Measure out required quantity of rice. Rinse, fill with water and boil until tender. Salt. Cool. Chop the onion, fish fillets and cauliflower. (I used frozen cauliflower). Cheese grate on a grater.
Sliced fish fillet is put into a Cup and add the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt. Stir. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the onion and the cauliflower for 5-7 minutes.
Molds grease with butter. At the bottom of the tins put rice, then a pinch of grated cheese, then fried onions with cauliflower.
Then put layers : rice, cheese, fish fillet, rice, cheese. Thus filled 4 molds.
Put in preheated oven. Bake 45 minutes at 150-170 degrees. Take out of oven and put 0.5 tsp of butter in each mold.
Add fresh herbs and served in a casserole.
