Description

Cooking
Mix sifted flour, yeast, vegetable oil, salt, sugar. Gradually pour water and knead the dough. Cover with a cloth and set in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Boil potatoes and mash into a puree with cream (can be vegetable) oil. Salt.
Nachinaem the cabbage, salt and grind hands. Drain out the liquid.
Vegetable oil slightly fry the cabbage.
Approaching divide the dough into two parts. Hands grease with vegetable oil so the dough doesn't stick to hands, spread half of the dough into shape and arrange on the bottom. Put cabbage, mashed potatoes and even out. Sprinkle with mixture of peppers.
Cover with second piece of dough, evenly distributed. Give a little time for and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 50 minutes.
After baking to give the cake to rest for about 30 minutes.
