Eggplant
Delicious and healthy eggplant salad you can cook for the festive table, and for everyday! And, most importantly, from the eggplant you will never get fat! This is my first recipe so that do not judge strictly!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    6 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    250 g

  • Vinegar essence

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Red sweet pepper

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    300 g

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Greens

    6 coup

  • Salt

These are products that we need.Eggplant peel,cut in half lengthwise,throw into salted boiling water,when it boils-remove,squeeze.

Eggplant,bell pepper and tomatoes cut into cubes.

Carrot-julienne,herbs and garlic and chop small.

Put all the ingredients in a big bowl,add the butter,salt to taste,adding essence 1 spoon and try (it is an acquired taste)mix well - the salad is ready ,after 15 minutes you can eat .

If we conserve,then you need to let stand the salad 2 hours, put on sterile banks and to put for sterilization for 30 minutes(liter jars).Exit 7-liter jars.
