Cabbage pie
Very tasty and easy cabbage pie. We are preparing this cake for a very long time, a recipe from the cookbook my mom. It is very tasty both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cabbage

    0.25 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

Cooking

Softened butter to mix with sugar. Add sour cream, salt, mix well. Add the flour (you may have to add a bit of flour, I often add a couple of tablespoons, it depends on the flour)

Knead a soft dough. It should not stick to hands.

Roll the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. While the dough is in the fridge prepare the filling: cut the cabbage and fill it with boiling water. Let it stay like that for 5 minutes. Then drain and filling is ready.

After 30 minutes the dough, remove from refrigerator and divide into two parts: one part bigger, another is smaller. Roll out a large part of the test. I rolled on the paper and then I shift the paper together with the dough on a baking sheet.

On the dough put the stuffing.

Sprinkle with chopped onion and butter.

Roll out second portion of dough and gently cover with our cake. Close tightly the edges and prick the pie top with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the pie for 40 minutes. Orientiruites in the oven, I have enough electric and 40 minutes.
