Basket with cheese-cranberry filling Sour
Recipe for those who prefer nepritorny dessert sour. Prepared with two toppings which layers overlap each other. The cottage cheese gives the pie a soft and the cranberry enriches the taste :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cranberry

    180 g

Prepare the dough. Add in the flour and salt and RUB with margarine. Then add the baking powder and sour cream.

Mix everything together and roll into a bun. The dough at least half an hour refrigerate.

Take the dough out of the fridge. And divide it by the required number of parts (I turned 12). And distribute them over the cups. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes, until a slight blush.

While baskets are prepared make the filling. Filling 1 - mix the cottage cheese with vanilla and regular sugar 2 tablespoons, add the egg and lightly whisk. Filling 2 - pour into a glass of cranberries, sugar and 2 tbsp oil and grind everything in a blender. Get baskets and fill them in layers: first the cheese stuffing, then cranberry. And put into the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Take out from the oven, allow to cool and serve. Bon appetit!
