Rice with grilled vegetables

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

Take the rice Indica Gold from the "Mistral", put in boiling water, diminish the fire and cook for 30 minutes.

While cooking the rice, prepare vegetables grilled. Vegetables wash, peel, cut zucchini into thin slices 3-5 mm, onion cut into quarters, peppers into large chunks, leave garlic whole.

With a brush spread the vegetables with olive oil and roast until it will turn brown on the grill pan. First, fry the zucchini.

Then the rest of the vegetables for 2 minutes on each side.

In a pan melt the butter.

Grilled vegetables cut into cubes, leaving a little (optional) for decoration. Put the vegetables on a hot pan, add salt, mix of pepper, red hot pepper, coriander and cumin and mix everything together.

Cooked rice from a bag put in a pan with vegetables.

Mix everything together, hold 1 minute on the fire.

Serve rice with grilled vegetables from the hot. For filing I used a cooking ring, wrapped rice, zucchini grilled, put next to the grilled vegetables, all sprinkled with a mixture of peppers. Bon appetit!
