Three carrot, bell pepper, rubbed on a coarse grater in a food processor.
Onions sliced and fried for 5 minutes in olive oil with the addition of mushrooms in a large, deep frying pan.
Carrots and peppers poured into the pan again and fried for about five minutes.
Then put in pan with chicken and roasted again for 5 minutes.
Added broccoli and stir fry for a few minutes.
After roasting fillet and vegetables in a pan put the pasta boiled in salted water. Roast another five minutes, stirring constantly.
Rubbed on a fine grater three carrots.
Spread the pasta in the plate. Servings turned five. Two servings are large, as in the photo and three smaller ones. On top put grated carrot, and in the center of dishes broke the egg. The plate was covered with a special cap and placed for three minutes in the microwave. The egg fried. With the dish added a few sprigs of celery.
Delicious pasta. Fresh carrots gives the dish a delicate, sweet taste. This dish went perfectly soy sauce Teriyaki Kikkoman.
