Pancake pie with chicken
Pancakes with greens and a sweet creamy filling and all this under a layer of cheese... Delicious and easy to make a cake!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

For the dough: IN warm milk to dissolve the sugar and salt, add the egg and mix well.

Add yeast. Mix well.

Sift the flour and mix until a homogeneous consistency of liquid sour cream and get rid of lumps. The bowl with the dough cover and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.

Finely chopped herbs and add approached the dough. Mix well.

Fry thin pancakes in a well heated pan with vegetable oil.

While suitable dough for pancakes you can do FILLING: Fillet cut into small pieces and fry with onion in a pan with vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready stuffing to cool to room temperature.

Sour cream and egg stir until smooth.

Add mixture of sour cream and eggs to the cooled filet. Mix well.

A baking dish greased with a little vegetable oil and lay the pancakes. Beat the egg and liberally spread it over pancakes.

Spread the filling.

The stuffing cover with the pancakes. Lubricate the top and sides of the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C 15-20 minutes. BON APPETIT!!!
